Hello! My name is Peggy Shealy and I work with Wood Realty. Having been born in Lexington County, I count it a priviledge to serve thos who may be relocating here or be leaving for new ventures. Each day brings new opportunities, perhaps challenges, within the real estate industry. I believe in treating each and every individual with the same respect and strong work ethic I would desire.

My first career was in Nursing, having graduated from Greenville General Hospital School of Nursing. One of the most important truths I learned there was to first and foremost establish a rapport, a relationship with each patient. As a real estate agent, it is my goal to first let my clients know that I will be trustworthy, dependable, respectful and obedient to their desires.

The most important career of my life has been a homemaker, wife and mother. I am a Mom to Greg & Chrissey (to their spouses Heidi & Billy), and Grandmother to six grandchildren. As an "empty nester" I entered the world of retail furniture fot the next 15 to 20 years. My palette of work included two full line furniture stores in which I bought, displayed, merchandised and coordinated all accessories and gifts. I wanted our clientele to feel that we intentionally bought merchandise that would bring personal meaning to their home decor. I believe these creative years added much insight and understanding as I embarked on yet another aspect of home...helping someone sell or find a home.

To further enhance my contribution to my clients, I became an Accredited Real Estate Staging Professional. As I work with clients who are listing their home with me, I offer FREE consultation as to preparing their home for sale. A staged home will sell faster and for more money! I'm going to help someone today! That person is turning a page of their lives and I can and will for their sake and mine make a difference! Thank you for considering my services.
